Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Speedy PI website. Funding transactions are additionally governed by your signed funding agreement.
Disclaimer
Speed PI is not a law firm. We do not offer legal advice. Our service is strictly for legal marketing and connection purposes, helping individuals get connected with independent attorneys. Submitting your information on this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. All legal services are provided solely by the independent attorneys we may connect you with. Speedy PI is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or outcomes of any third-party service provider. By using this site, you agree that Speedy PI is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes related to your case or legal claim. All results vary based on the facts of each case and the professionals you choose to work with. If you need legal advice, you should consult directly with a licensed attorney.
By submitting any form on this site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Speedy PI website (the “Site”). By using the Site, submitting an application, or requesting a demo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our Services
Speedy PI provides pre-settlement cash advances, medical and surgery funding, attorney financing, and personal injury lead generation services. Funding is advanced based on the anticipated recovery of a pending legal claim and is repaid only from that recovery.
A funding application is not a guarantee of approval. All funding decisions are made at our sole discretion after reviewing the details of your case.
3. No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
Speedy PI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this Site is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of the Site, an application, or a funding transaction. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
We do not represent you in your underlying legal matter, and we do not control the litigation strategy or settlement decisions in your case.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Case results and timelines vary. We make no guarantee about the outcome of your case, the amount or timing of any settlement, or how quickly your claim will resolve. The amount you may receive from us and the amount repaid from your recovery are governed by your funding agreement, not by these Terms.
5. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree that the information you submit through the Site is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information in connection with a funding application may result in denial or termination of funding.
6. Lead Generation Services
For attorneys and law firms, we may provide lead generation, intake, and case management services. Leads are generated through marketing and intake processes and are shared with subscribing firms on an exclusive or agreed basis. We do not guarantee the outcome, quality, or volume of leads beyond the terms of any separate service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Speedy PI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding without our prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speedy PI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your rights regarding any funded advance are governed solely by your funding agreement with us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Speedy PI maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the courts located there, unless your funding agreement provides otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after posting means you accept the revised Terms.
